Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Data Analyst position entails gathering, examining, and interpreting data to bolster informed decision-making and deliver valuable insights throughout the organization. This role supports the Tech Marketing Engineer by facilitating data-driven strategies, streamlining processes, and advancing strategic goals. The analyst utilizes statistical and analytical approaches to scrutinize data, detect trends, patterns, and irregularities, and derive practical conclusions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute data collection and analytical procedures aligned with project plans to produce insightful visualizations.
• Collect, document, and analyze data following established protocols and share findings with the Tech Marketing Engineer for evaluation and feedback.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth analyses involving metrics such as Star Rating, Net Promoter Score (NPS), call volumes, and return rates to foster enhancements and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Apply advanced data techniques to extract, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets sourced from diverse origins.
• Address moderately scoped problems independently by leveraging professional knowledge and judgment, adhering to organizational policies and guidelines.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and Dashboard development.
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Management, and Data Modeling techniques.
• Ensuring Data Quality and applying Data Science concepts.
• Designing Data Visualization and Data Warehousing solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning principles.
• Experience using Power BI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Tableau for data analytics.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Graduate degree preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines or comparable work experience demonstrating capability.
• Approximately two years of relevant experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or related areas; alternatively, an advanced degree with limited experience is acceptable.
• Certifications in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or similar are required.
