About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The role involves ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Administer cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems to maintain system health
- Automate deployment and scaling workflows for efficient operations
- Ensure adherence to security compliance standards and implement best practices
- Identify and resolve production issues while enhancing system performance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform
- Experience using CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Bash and Python
Desirable Skills
- Professional certifications related to AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies, particularly Istio
- Knowledge of security tooling and best practices
- Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
