About the Role
PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Development Manager based in Kolkata, Park Street. This role centers on leading and managing a team of financial advisors to help them accomplish their business targets and foster growth both for the team and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and nurture financial advisor talent.
- Drive business growth through effective team leadership and support.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors alike.
- Conduct ongoing training and educational sessions on products and best practices.
- Continuously monitor team metrics to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Motivate and encourage the team to reach monthly and annual objectives.
