Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a technically adept and strategically minded Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team focusing on the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region. This role involves direct engagement with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to encourage the adoption of advanced AI and computing solutions based on NVIDIA's platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expert knowledge in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing. Act as a trusted technical consultant and advocate for developers in CIS while collaborating across teams to promote NVIDIA technologies.
- Expedite partner workloads by showcasing and integrating NVIDIA’s software stack, including tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints, within partner products and systems.
- Support ecosystem growth by guiding partners through onboarding and integration, providing technical resources such as sample code, documentation, and demonstration pipelines to encourage co-innovation.
- Continuously map and analyze the developer ecosystem to spot growth prospects, coordinating with engineering, product, and marketing teams to enhance adoption strategies.
- Engage with partner technical leads to encourage best practices in integrations, address technical issues, monitor adoption progress, identify new workflows, and relay crucial insights to NVIDIA product teams.
- Represent NVIDIA at industry events and developer gatherings.
- Effectively communicate the commercial benefits of incorporating NVIDIA's platform into software products.
- Adapt and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional, matrixed teams in this builder-oriented role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in technology fields such as software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management, with a minimum of 5 years working directly in the CIS region.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling developer programs at major tech firms and driving product integration with vertical or horizontal technology platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, including open model customization, agentic system development, and contributions to product integrations or software libraries.
- Experience leading technical collaborations like architectural design, code review, mentoring, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.
- Strong skills in managing complex technical projects, negotiating requirements, prioritizing challenges, and collaboration across teams including sales, legal, product, and marketing.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives, with experience in defining, building, integrating, and marketing solutions with ISV partners.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
Additional Distinguishing Attributes
- Practical experience developing or enhancing AI solutions within software companies targeting vertical tech platforms or horizontal applications.
- Excellent communicator able to convey technical concepts and value to stakeholders ranging from AI/ML engineers to senior executives, with proven experience owning solutions from conception to market launch with ISV partners.
