About the Company
Qualcomm India Private Limited is recruiting for a Design Verification Lead within their Engineering Group under Hardware Engineering.
Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Possess strong expertise in digital design focusing on IP and SoC level verification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Hardware Verification Languages (HVL) including SystemVerilog, UVM/OVM, and SystemC.
- Skillful in Hardware Description Languages (HDL) such as Verilog.
- Understand ARM and DSP CPU architectures alongside high-speed peripherals like USB 2/3, PCIe, and SDIO.
- Experience with audio subsystems, audio peripherals, Bluetooth, and WLAN is advantageous.
- Familiarity with power-aware verification techniques, gate-level simulation (GLS), and test vector generation.
- Experience working with functional and debug bus protocols.
- Knowledge of formal verification methods and AI verification tools is a plus.
- Exposure to version control systems such as Clearcase and Perforce.
- Ability to script using languages like Perl, Tcl, or Python.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 9 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Educational background: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline, with a minimum of 2 years hardware engineering experience;
- OR Master's degree in the aforementioned fields with at least 1 year of related hardware engineering experience;
- OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
