Role Overview
The Design Lead will be responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of digital product journeys on Mobile App and Web platforms. This includes translating business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories, maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs, collaborating closely with Technology, UI/UX, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing smooth product releases. A critical aspect of the role is to continuously track post-launch performance metrics, customer experience, conversion rates, and product KPIs to drive ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any discipline, with preference given to those possessing an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Candidates should have between 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, particularly with digital platforms, digital lending, customer experience, or project delivery functions. Experience in BFSI, FinTech, or digital lending sectors is desirable.
