About the Role and Company
Located in Bodelwyddan LL18 5TY, our company is a leader in 24-hour Breakdown and Recovery Services with over four decades of experience. We provide support year-round to Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Motoring Organisations, private companies, and the general public nationwide. Due to growth and new contract awards, we are seeking a Depot Administrator to enhance our busy Crewe depot team. This permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with occasional Saturday mornings. The pay rate is £13.00 per hour, paid weekly, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle bookings in and out through both internal and external systems.
- Verify that correct charges are applied and paperwork aligns with system records.
- Process payments via online portals and at the counter.
- Conduct general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and coordinating duties.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, accurately recording relevant information.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with customers, emergency services, authorities, insurance companies, and colleagues.
- Support smooth daily operations of the depot and maintain communication with drivers and managers.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and GDPR regulations.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments and financial records.
- Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and procedures.

- Capability to pass Police National Vetting, which is a mandatory requirement.
