About the Role and Company

Located in Bodelwyddan LL18 5TY, our company is a leader in 24-hour Breakdown and Recovery Services with over four decades of experience. We provide support year-round to Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Motoring Organisations, private companies, and the general public nationwide. Due to growth and new contract awards, we are seeking a Depot Administrator to enhance our busy Crewe depot team. This permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with occasional Saturday mornings. The pay rate is £13.00 per hour, paid weekly, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle bookings in and out through both internal and external systems.
  • Verify that correct charges are applied and paperwork aligns with system records.
  • Process payments via online portals and at the counter.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and coordinating duties.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, accurately recording relevant information.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with customers, emergency services, authorities, insurance companies, and colleagues.
  • Support smooth daily operations of the depot and maintain communication with drivers and managers.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and GDPR regulations.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of payments and financial records.
  • Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and procedures.

  • Proficient in Windows-based applications; full system training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license.
  • Capability to pass Police National Vetting, which is a mandatory requirement.
