Role Overview

As a Deployed Engineer (DE) at Cognition, you will serve as a customer-facing technical specialist dedicated to delivering maximal value from Devin. You will lead all technical facets of the pre-sales journey by designing engaging product demonstrations, managing pilot projects, and collaborating closely with engineering departments to identify relevant Devin use cases. Beyond initial customer engagement, you will develop and implement training programs and enablement materials to facilitate the widespread adoption of Devin across thousands of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all technical phases of the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful deployment and activation of Devin.
• Collaborate deeply with customers to diagnose their technical challenges and pinpoint optimal applications for Devin.
• Forge strong partnerships with client engineering teams to guarantee seamless integration, user activation, and sustained product adoption.
• Continuously develop and enhance the product by integrating customer feedback and advocating for their requirements within the company.
• Leverage product insight to influence Cognition's roadmap and strategic direction.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A degree in a STEM discipline.
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing enterprise-level deployments in go-to-market or forward-deployed engineering roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments with a willingness to assume increasing responsibilities swiftly.
• Proven rapid learning capabilities and adaptability.
