Role Overview
As a Department Leader (Team Leader Trainee), you will be responsible for fostering a safe, enjoyable, and unique shopping environment that reflects our Royal Service promise. Your daily activities involve guiding team members in your department to accomplish store goals, addressing inquiries with expert product knowledge, supporting on-the-job training and development, ensuring workplace safety and respect, and overseeing loss prevention initiatives.
