Role Summary

We are seeking a proficient Dental Technician skilled in ceramic applications with a focus on implant crowns and All-on-X/full-arch restorations. This full-time position requires collaboration with an experienced technical team to manufacture exceptional restorative dental products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs and fabricate crowns, veneers, implant restorations, bridges, and full-arch prosthetic cases.
• Execute ceramic build-up and layering procedures.
• Operate CAD/CAM software such as Exocad, 3Shape, or equivalent platforms.
• Ensure restorations adhere to exacting standards concerning fit, function, occlusion, and aesthetics.
• Work closely with clinicians and fellow laboratory personnel to secure superior clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' pertinent dental laboratory technician experience.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in ceramic work, focusing on implant crowns and All-on-X restorations.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM technologies, ideally Exocad, 3Shape, or comparable software.
• Sound knowledge of dental occlusion, aesthetic principles, and functional restorative design.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.

Compensation and Location

The position offers an annual salary ranging from $79,000 to $82,000 based on the candidate's experience and expertise. The role is located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
