• Keep your assigned kitchen section tidy and efficient throughout service periods.
• Prepare and present food that goes beyond traveler expectations.
• Comprehend traveler needs and consistently provide superior service.
• Support the kitchen team in preparation and operation during food and beverage service hours.
• Uphold strict food safety guidelines and property standards.
• Efficiently organize and manage the kitchen area you are responsible for.
• Serve proper food portions using appropriate dishes.

Candidate Profile

• Must have a Trade Industry Qualification or completed Commercial Cookery Qualification.
• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the culinary field.
• Relevant experience in a similar chef role.
• Valid work authorization for New Zealand.
• Motivated to advance your hospitality career.
• Energetic and proactive in high-paced kitchen environments.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
