Role Overview

The Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer sales experiences and supporting retail operations. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling product delivery, and maintaining the store and delivery truck.

Key Responsibilities

• Create outstanding sales experiences by greeting and assisting customers in-person, via phone, and email.
• Assist with merchandising and upkeep of the retail store.
• Provide top-tier service during in-home product deliveries.
• Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles and store premises.
• Deliver exceptional support throughout the moving process, promptly addressing any customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle paperwork and finalize transactions with customers onsite.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a full class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing over 50 pounds, including large home goods.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain productivity.
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal, employment, and driving history.
