Delivery Rider

Overview

We are seeking Delivery Partners, also called Delivery Riders, Delivery Associates, or Van Associates, to handle last-mile delivery operations across various locations in India. Candidates have the flexibility to select opportunities based on their preferred area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from the designated store or hub.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers.
• Adhere strictly to the assigned delivery route and follow app-based instructions.
• Interact professionally with customers and store personnel at all times.
• Handle all orders with care according to company delivery policies.
• Keep all necessary documents and delivery equipment updated and in proper condition.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Both freshers and those with previous experience are welcome to apply.
• Must own an Android smartphone.
• Possession of a valid driving license and vehicle is required where applicable.
• Having a two-wheeler is preferred or mandatory depending on delivery role.
• Familiarity with local geography is considered an advantage.

Earnings and Compensation

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 INR plus incentives, varying according to the role, location, and working hours.
• Certain roles/locations offer pay-per-order schemes.
• Total earnings depend on delivery area, order volume, shifts worked, and incentive eligibility.
• Detailed earning details are provided during recruitment discussions.

Additional Information

The recruitment team will coordinate with candidates about the closest job location, salary structure, shift timings, and the steps for joining.
