Delivery Rider

About the Role

Goldspire Techserve is seeking Delivery Partners, Riders, or Associates to support last-mile delivery across various locations such as Jagacha, Domjur, and Hoogly in India. Candidates have the option to select preferred areas to work in.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated stores or hubs.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of orders to customers.
• Adhere to assigned delivery routes and follow app-based instructions.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers and store personnel.
• Handle orders with care and comply with company delivery protocols.
• Keep all necessary documents and delivery equipment up to date.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Open to both fresh candidates and those with prior experience.
• Ownership of an Android smartphone.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle where applicable.
• Preference for two-wheelers for relevant delivery tasks.
• Familiarity with the local area is advantageous.

Compensation Details

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 30,000 to 60,000 plus incentives, variable by role, location, and working hours.
• Option for earnings per order in selected locations or roles.
• Earnings depend on delivery zone, order volume, hours worked, and incentive eligibility.
