About Refyul
Refyul Ltd specializes in delivering fuel and cooking gas upon demand to residential and commercial customers throughout Lagos, Nigeria. The company is expanding its logistics team by recruiting a delivery rider.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating company-supplied motorcycles to transport gas orders safely and promptly to customers across Lagos.
Compensation and Benefits
- Initial fixed salary of ₦90,000 per month for the onboarding period of 1 to 2 months. During this period, the company covers all fuel and maintenance expenses.
- After onboarding, the payment model shifts to a per-delivery basis, with payments made weekly or monthly, depending on rider preference. At this stage, fuel and bike maintenance become the rider's financial responsibility.
- A unique opportunity to own the motorcycle used for deliveries by allocating part of your earnings towards purchasing the bike until fully paid.
- Comprehensive accident insurance for one year, fully covered by Refyul as part of the initial salary package, with provisions for renewal in the second year funded by a small deduction.
Additional Information
- Applicants must have prior experience as delivery riders.
- Residence must be within specified Lagos areas: Yaba, Ojuelegba, Idi-Araba, Akoka/UNILAG, or Jibowu.
- Having a Class A driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid rider's card is necessary.
