About the Role

Goldspire Techserve is seeking Delivery Partners, Delivery Agents, and Delivery Boys to support delivery and quick-commerce operations across the Vidharbha region, including locations like Akola and Chandrapur. This role is suitable for individuals looking for flexible and reliable delivery opportunities with prominent quick-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated stores or dark stores as assigned.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and punctual delivery of food, grocery, and other customer orders.
• Manage and complete orders efficiently using the delivery application.
• Obey assigned routes, navigation directions, and scheduled delivery times.
• Handle items with care during transit.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and store personnel.
• Verify completed deliveries through the app and report any delivery concerns appropriately.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driving license where applicable.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler with up-to-date vehicle documentation.
• Android smartphone with active internet access.
• Strong familiarity with local roads, neighborhoods, and geographic areas.
• Effective communication and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced applicants.
