Job Summary

Goldspire Techserve is seeking Delivery Partners, Delivery Agents, and Delivery Boys to support quick-commerce and delivery operations throughout Mumbai. Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer orders from specified stores or dark stores.
• Ensure the timely and secure delivery of food, groceries, and other products to customers.
• Operate the delivery application to accept, track, and complete orders effectively.
• Adhere to designated routes, navigation instructions, and daily delivery schedules.
• Handle orders cautiously during transport to avoid damage.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and store personnel.
• Confirm delivery completion through the app and report any delivery-related issues promptly through appropriate channels.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driving license where applicable.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler with valid vehicle registration documents.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with consistent internet access.
• Strong familiarity with Mumbai’s roads, neighborhoods, and local routes.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple deliveries in a timely manner.
• Open to applicants with or without prior delivery experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Experienced in delivery operations and order handling.
