Overview
Join Zepto as a Delivery Partner responsible for efficiently transporting grocery orders from Zepto dark stores to customers' doorsteps using the Zepto delivery app. The role demands safe and punctual deliveries while ensuring excellent customer service.
Primary Duties
- Pick up orders promptly from the Zepto hub or dark store.
- Ensure delivery of packages to customers' doorsteps within expected time frames.
- Utilize the Zepto app for navigation and to receive order updates.
- Handle all packages with care to prevent damage.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety guidelines while on the road.
- Maintain courteous and respectful behavior when interacting with customers.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferably completed 10th grade education.
- Possess a bike, scooter, or cycle for deliveries.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet access.
- Possess basic knowledge of the delivery area.
