About the Role
As a Food Delivery Partner for Swiggy, you will be responsible for collecting food orders from restaurants and ensuring their timely and safe delivery to customers. This role is flexible with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts within your city or nearby zones.
Key Duties
- Pick up food orders from assigned restaurants promptly.
- Deliver orders to customers punctually while maintaining food safety and hygiene.
- Effectively use the Swiggy delivery application for managing orders.
- Interact politely and professionally with customers.
- Handle cash and online payments when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter.
- Possess an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Basic understanding and speaking ability in Hindi.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
