Overview
This role involves partnering with Swiggy as a Food Delivery Partner, responsible for prompt collection and delivery of food orders within the city or nearby areas, ensuring safe and hygienic handling throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect food orders from assigned restaurants efficiently.
- Deliver orders to customers punctually.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure food is delivered in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Use the Swiggy delivery application effectively for order management.
- Interact politely and professionally with customers.
- Manage basic cash or online payment handling when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Own a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter.
- Have an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Basic understanding and communication skills in Hindi.
- Open to freshers without prior experience.
