Role Overview

We are seeking Delivery Partners, Agents, and Delivery Boys to support delivery and quick-commerce operations throughout Delhi-NCR. This position suits candidates interested in flexible delivery work and opportunities with leading quick-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect customer orders from designated stores or dark stores.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of food, groceries, and other items.
• Utilize the delivery application for order acceptance, management, and completion.
• Adhere to assigned routes, navigation directions, and delivery timelines.
• Transport orders with care to maintain order integrity.
• Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and store personnel.
• Verify deliveries via the delivery app and report any delivery issues through the proper channels.
• Comply with traffic regulations, safety norms, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driving license where applicable.
• Possess a two-wheeler with proper vehicle documentation.
• Own an Android smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods within Delhi-NCR.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to independently manage multiple deliveries.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
