About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Collect customer orders from designated stores or dark stores.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of food, groceries, and other items to customers.
- Handle order acceptance, management, and completion using the delivery application.
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes, navigation instructions, and schedules.
- Carefully manage orders during transit to prevent damage.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers and store personnel.
- Confirm delivery completion through the app and report any delivery challenges via proper channels.
- Observe traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies consistently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a valid driving license when required.
