Job Overview

We are seeking Delivery Partners to join our platform and manage the collection and timely delivery of customer orders from restaurants, grocery stores, or other partner outlets. This position offers flexible scheduling options and income tied to performance metrics.

Core Duties

• Accept orders via the dedicated delivery partner application.
• Collect orders from designated restaurants or retail partners promptly.
• Ensure delivery of orders to customers within estimated time frames.
• Comply strictly with traffic laws and maintain safe operating practices.
• Handle food items carefully to avoid damage or spillage during transport.
• Exhibit polite and professional behavior towards customers.
• Keep delivery information updated accurately within the application.

Qualification Criteria

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid driving license for two-wheelers unless operating in cycle-required locations.
• Own a bike, scooter, or bicycle, depending on city requirements.
• Possess a smartphone with reliable internet connectivity and familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Have foundational knowledge of local routes and area geography.
• Submit necessary identification and documents including Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank details.
