Job Overview

We are recruiting Food Delivery Partners to operate in the city zone or nearby areas. This position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or adjustable working hours according to your convenience.

Primary Duties

• Collect food orders from partner restaurants promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers within stipulated timelines.
• Maintain the safety and hygiene standards of the food during transit.
• Utilize the Swiggy delivery application efficiently to manage orders.
• Exhibit courteous and respectful communication with customers.
• Handle cash or digital payment transactions competently when necessary.

Qualification and Eligibility

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter.
• Own an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Basic proficiency in understanding and speaking Hindi.
• No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated monthly earnings ranging between ₹50,000 and ₹85,000, dependent on the number of orders fulfilled.
• Additional weekly performance-based incentives and bonuses during peak hours.
• Flexible payout schedules available daily or weekly.
• Eligibility for fuel allowance and insurance coverage as per company policy.

• Valid Aadhaar Card.
