Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly pay is set at $14.70, with total earnings including credit card and cash tips typically ranging from $14.70 to over $30.00 per hour. Tips are distributed each night, and a partial mileage reimbursement is also provided. Paychecks are issued bi-monthly via check or direct deposit. Medical, dental, and vision insurance options become available to employees working an average of at least 32 hours per week for one year.

Work Schedule

Shifts are scheduled based on employee availability and store requirements. Positions are generally part-time, but employees can earn full-time hours by completing training, reliably attending shifts, and communicating availability to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas by car to customers, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings
• Operate store equipment and assist with food preparation
• Receive and process customer orders via phone
• Stock ingredients and maintain inventory records
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the store
• Deliver flyers and promotional materials as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history meeting company standards
• Have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
• Possess basic map-reading and navigation skills
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, and traversing stairs

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to varying temperatures and weather while delivering and working in-store
• Physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, and reaching
• Handling hot surfaces, sharp equipment, and food-related odors and dust
