Role Overview

Domino's Pizza seeks reliable delivery experts to join our team in Lawton, OK. This role offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle—perfect for students, individuals seeking supplementary income, or anyone looking for a dependable career path. You will be responsible for delivering our high-quality pizzas to customers, ensuring timely service and a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate all necessary store equipment efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from delivery zones to storage and workspaces including walk-in coolers.
• Prepare pizza products as per company standards.
• Take and process customer orders over the phone and in person.
• Maintain inventory records and complete associated paperwork.
• Keep equipment and store facilities clean on a regular basis.
• Deliver pizzas and other products by car and to customers' doors within the assigned delivery area.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as part of promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that complies with company policy.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Strong navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses efficiently within the delivery zone.
• Comfortable navigating various terrains including multi-story buildings and adverse weather conditions.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication for order processing and customer interaction.
• Good arithmetic skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (use of calculator permitted).
• Able to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying trays, and performing repetitive movements.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to different temperatures from coolers (around 36°F) to hot kitchen environments (up to 90°F or above).
• Occasional exposure to food odors, dust like cornmeal, and moving machinery parts.
• Work involves standing for most tasks, walking short distances frequently, and navigating stairs or ladders occasionally.
• Physical activities include bending, crouching, reaching overhead and forward continuously during the shift.
• Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation in varying weather and traffic scenarios.
