Salad Days, established in 2014, is focused on transforming India's food landscape by offering healthy and tasty meals. Operating across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Mumbai with 29 kitchens, the company aims to make nutritious eating convenient and enjoyable.

Role Overview

We seek disciplined, well-groomed Delivery Executives to assist with kitchen packing & dispatch as well as last-mile delivery. This position is vital to preserving food quality and delivering a positive brand experience at the customer's location. Candidates must maintain hygiene standards and adhere to company protocols.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Store operational hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
• Shifts may be split into break shifts: Morning (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and Evening (7:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
• Regular shifts last 10 hours.
• One meal (Rice and Indian curry) is provided per shift; employees on break shifts receive two meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and dispatch orders efficiently.
• Collaborate with food aggregator delivery partners to ensure smooth dispatch processes.
• Deliver orders directly to customers using a personal two-wheeler.
• Utilize local route knowledge to ensure prompt and safe delivery.
• Maintain strict personal hygiene including being clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, and wearing a clean uniform.
• Adhere to company food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Exhibit professionalism and courteous behavior during deliveries, enhancing the brand’s image.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Familiarity with local delivery routes is essential.
• Willingness to work break shifts as needed.
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable.
• Clean-shaven, well-groomed appearance mandatory.
• Previous experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is advantageous but not essential.
