Delivery Executive / Partner - Biker

About the Role

We are seeking proactive, punctual, and customer-oriented Delivery Executives to join our rapidly expanding quick-commerce delivery network in Bhilai. As a Delivery Partner, your main duty will be to ensure the safe, quick, and accurate delivery of groceries and daily necessities from Blinkit stores directly to customers' doorsteps.

Primary Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick up orders from designated Blinkit store hubs and deliver them promptly to customers' homes.
• Handle all items with care, especially fresh produce and fragile goods, to maintain their quality during transport.
• Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, practice safe driving, and use GPS navigation to follow the best routes.
• Engage with customers professionally and courteously, providing excellent service at delivery.
• Operate the Blinkit Partner Mobile Application to manage daily orders, track earnings, and record shift times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Open to all candidates regardless of educational background.
• Ownership or access to a Two-Wheeler (Motorcycle, Scooter, Electric Scooter) or Bicycle is required.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Required documents include a valid driving license (mandatory for motorized two-wheelers), Aadhaar card, PAN card, and an active bank account for receiving weekly payouts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000+, depending on completed orders, distance covered, and hours worked.
• Flexible scheduling available, including full-time, part-time, weekend, and night shift options.
• Performance-based incentives such as daily order target bonuses, weekly awards, and shift allowances.
• Accidental and medical insurance coverage is provided for active delivery partners.
