Overview

Blinkit is seeking motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Delivery Executive or Delivery Partner. This position involves being part of a rapidly expanding quick-commerce fulfillment network, ensuring timely and secure doorstep delivery of groceries and daily essentials to customers within Blinkit store locations in Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect grocery orders promptly from specified Blinkit store hubs and deliver them efficiently to customers' residences.
• Handle all items including perishable and fragile goods with utmost care during transportation.
• Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, employ safe driving practices, and use GPS navigation for precise route finding.
• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior while providing high-quality customer service at delivery points.
• Use the Blinkit Partner Mobile Application to manage daily orders, monitor income, and record shift timings.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• No specific educational qualifications are required; open to all candidates.
• Ownership or access to a two-wheeler vehicle or bicycle is essential.
• Possession of an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity is mandatory.
• Required documents include a valid driving license for motorized two-wheelers, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and active bank account details for weekly payments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range between ₹25,000 and ₹45,000+, influenced by order volume, travel distance, and hours worked.
• Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time, part-time, weekends, and night shifts.
• Additional incentives comprise daily order bonuses, weekly performance rewards, and shift allowances.
