Job Overview
We are currently seeking Delivery Executives to join our team, serving prominent quick-commerce and food delivery services such as BigBasket, Blinkit, and Swiggy. Candidates will be entrusted with ensuring prompt and secure collection and delivery of customer orders while upholding excellent customer service.
Primary Duties
- Collect orders from designated stores, hubs, or restaurants.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers.
- Adhere to delivery routes and follow app-based instructions precisely.
- Handle orders with care to preserve quality during delivery.
- Process cash or digital payments when required.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and the operations team.
- Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and delivery procedures.
