Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Delivery Executive in Jhajha, Bihar. This role demands overseeing daily delivery operations including route planning, coordination with the warehouse and dispatch teams, and ensuring punctual and accurate order distribution. The Delivery Executive is also responsible for tracking delivery quality, resolving issues promptly, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams, and supporting process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to elevate customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and safety compliance.
