MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, invites dedicated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers at our Peoria location on 10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely to deliver products promptly and professionally to customers in the Peoria region.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to maximize delivery productivity and reduce travel time.
• Maintain precise delivery documentation, including obtaining customer signatures and confirmations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies while driving.
• Handle packages carefully to ensure products arrive intact and undamaged.
• Effectively communicate delivery status and any issues with dispatch and management teams.
• Load delivery vehicles systematically to optimize storage space and accessibility.
• Achieve delivery performance targets and maintain schedule flexibility to meet operational needs.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Possess a minimum of two years driving experience with a clean Motor Vehicle Record compliant with company standards.
• Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle appropriate for delivery assignments.
• Pass comprehensive criminal background and Motor Vehicle Record checks.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be physically able to lift and handle packages safely during deliveries.
• Show reliability, punctuality, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Understand and comply with local traffic laws, promoting safe driving behavior.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation or the willingness to learn route planning technologies.
• Maintain a customer service mindset with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Capable of working independently while staying connected with team communications.
