About the Role

This position is for a dedicated Delivery Driver at a locally owned Domino's franchise in Prattville, AL, committed to supporting team members and serving the community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and promptly from store to doorstep with a cheerful attitude.
• Assist with food preparation, cleanup, and phone handling when not making deliveries.
• Adhere to dress code by wearing company-approved hat and shirt (tucked in) and black pants or shorts that are not faded.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license held for at least one year and a clean driving record.
• Own or have access to a clean, reliable, insured vehicle registered under your insurance policy for deliveries.
• Proficiency with navigation tools such as maps and GPS, including navigating complex environments like multi-story buildings.
• Outgoing and positive personality, capable of handling various situations including adverse weather conditions.

Additional Information

• This is a tipped role with a guaranteed base pay of $8.00 per hour, supplemented by customer tips, mileage reimbursement, and device compensation resulting in average earnings between $15–$20 per hour.
• Flexible shifts available—day, night, weekends, part-time, and full-time options—to accommodate various lifestyles and priorities.
