About the Role
Experts Group International is seeking a motivated and ambitious 180 Recruitment Consultant specializing in candidate delivery to join their London team on a full-time, onsite basis. This position centers on sourcing, evaluating, and managing qualified candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with senior consultants to ensure successful placements.
This opportunity suits individuals passionate about sales and building relationships with senior candidates, with the goal of evolving into a top-performing recruitment professional. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and detailed interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability against active job openings and employer requirements.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and keep comprehensive CRM records.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating smooth communication.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and handle feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Establish and nurture strong candidate relationships to build sustainable talent networks.
- Collaborate closely with 360 consultants to fulfill client needs efficiently.
- Support onboarding processes when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends to maintain high candidate engagement.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- High organizational aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms.
- Proactive, resilient, and supports a collaborative team approach.
- Strong drive to develop a successful career in recruitment.
- Passion for engaging candidates and managing talent acquisition processes.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
- Familiarity with candidate screening and interview protocols.
- Sales or customer-facing experience in target-driven settings.
- Knowledge of CRM or applicant tracking systems.
