Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of courier packages directly to customers.
- Verify order details before and after each delivery for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide courteous customer interaction, respond to inquiries, and address simple complaints professionally.
- Handle payment transactions, including cash and digital methods, or obtain necessary customer signatures upon delivery.
- Conduct regular vehicle upkeep checks, such as refueling and basic inspections, to maintain operational efficiency.
