Job Summary

Swiggy is seeking diligent and active individuals to join as Delivery Partners for both Food and Instamart services. The role involves collecting food orders from local restaurants and delivering groceries and essential items from Instamart dark stores to customers safely within a designated radius.

Primary Duties

• Pick up food orders from partnered restaurants and ensure timely delivery to customers' homes.
• Collect grocery and daily essentials orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner App to accept orders, navigate using GPS, and monitor daily earnings.
• Maintain polite and professional interaction with customers while handling orders carefully.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn between ₹30,000 and ₹60,000 per month based on order volume and work hours.
• Eligible for a joining bonus up to ₹10,000 upon meeting early order targets.
• Receive petrol/distance allowances for each delivery according to the distance covered.
• Earn additional bonuses for completing daily and weekly order targets.
• Extra earnings for working during peak times like rain, weekends, and night shifts.

• Weekly salary payments are directly credited to your bank account.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No specific educational degree required; 10th pass or fail is acceptable.
• Possession of a bike or scooter with a valid driving license and vehicle registration certificate, or a cycle for local areas.
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, driving license (for two-wheelers), and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payments.
• Ownership of an Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity is required.
