About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Boy to become part of our Blinkit team, working to ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This position demands adherence to professional standards and company policies, with a strong focus on organization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect and deliver goods within scheduled timelines.
- Verify order completeness before delivery to recipients.
- Safely load and unload items during the delivery process.
- Handle payment collections as needed and issue corresponding documents.
- Interact courteously with customers to resolve queries and concerns.
- Adhere to designated delivery routes while complying with all traffic laws.
- Keep detailed records of delivery activities, including timestamps, delivery locations, and receipts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification below 10th grade.
- Experience ranging from none to 4 years in delivery or related roles.
- Strong capabilities in time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Knowledge of navigation tools is beneficial.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between ₹60,000 and ₹80,000.
