About the Role

We are seeking diligent and active delivery partners for Swiggy Food and Instamart services. The role involves safely delivering food from local restaurants and groceries/essential items from Swiggy Instamart dark stores to customers.

Primary Duties

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them punctually to customers' homes.
• Collect grocery and daily essential orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Use the Swiggy Delivery Partner App to accept orders, follow GPS navigation, and monitor daily earnings.
• Maintain courteous communication with customers and ensure safe handling of orders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 depending on orders and working hours.
• Joining bonus up to ₹10,000 upon meeting initial order targets.
• Extra petrol or distance allowance based on delivery distance.
• Additional bonuses for daily and weekly order completion targets.
• Higher pay during peak times such as rainy days, weekends, and night shifts.
• Referral bonuses for bringing friends on board.
• Weekly salary payments transferred directly to bank accounts.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with the freedom to choose shifts.
• Accidental and medical insurance coverage up to ₹12 lakhs for partners and family.
• 24/7 emergency assistance and live support within the Swiggy app.

Eligibility and Required Documentation

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Educational qualification: 10th grade pass or fail, or any level (no degree required).
• Possession of a bike/scooter with valid driving license and RC, or a cycle for nearby areas.
• Mandatory documents: Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License (for two-wheelers), Bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payouts.
• Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity.
