Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Delivery Boys/Executives in Indore who can efficiently handle parcel and order deliveries. Suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals with 10th or 12th-grade education.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver orders/parcels punctually to customers.
- Receive and update orders through a mobile application.
- Maintain courteous communication with customers throughout deliveries.
- Collect Cash on Delivery payments when applicable.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and traffic regulations.
- Keep delivery status updated within the app.
- Ensure safety and proper handling of parcels.
- Report any issues promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Pass 10th or 12th grade.
- Possess an Android smartphone.
- Must own a bike or scooter.
- Valid Aadhaar card, PAN card, and bank account required.
- Punctuality and strong communication skills are essential.
