About the Company and Role
FirstCry is seeking a male Delivery Boy to efficiently collect and deliver parcels to customers. The role involves handling daily shipments from the store and ensuring timely delivery to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect parcels from the store premises.
- Deliver 30 to 50 shipments daily to customers.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain punctuality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹21,927 plus Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
- Attendance bonus of ₹2,600 for 26 working days, totaling approximately ₹24,527 plus PF and ESIC.
- Fuel allowance at ₹3 per kilometer traveled.
- Order incentives: ₹10 per order for 31 to 40 shipments and ₹20 per order for 41 to 50 shipments.
- One weekly day off.
