Role Overview

We are seeking diligent and energetic Delivery Partners to join Swiggy Food and Instamart. This position involves collecting food from local restaurants and groceries from Swiggy Instamart dark stores to deliver safely to customers within a designated area.

Primary Duties

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them promptly to customers.
• Collect grocery and daily essential orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner App for accepting orders, following GPS navigation, and monitoring daily earnings.
• Maintain courteous behavior with customers and ensure proper handling of orders during delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 based on orders completed and hours worked.
• A joining bonus of up to ₹10,000 is available upon meeting initial order targets.
• Additional petrol or distance allowance is provided per delivery based on the distance covered.
• Bonuses are awarded daily and weekly for achieving order completion targets.
• Extra pay is provided for working during peak periods such as rain, weekends, and night shifts.
• Referral bonuses are granted for referring friends to the program.
• Salaries are paid weekly via direct bank transfer.
• Flexible work options allow full-time or part-time shifts according to personal schedules.
• Partners and their families receive accidental and medical insurance coverage up to ₹12 Lakhs.
• 24/7 emergency assistance and live support are available via the Swiggy App.

Eligibility and Required Documents

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum education of 10th pass or fail; no degree requirement.
• Possession of a bike or scooter with a valid driving license and registration certificate, or a cycle for nearby area deliveries.
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, driving license for two-wheelers, and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payouts.
• Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity is required.
