Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Recruiter based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates through various field activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through on-ground visits, job fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in drives, and local networking.
• Conduct preliminary screening and interviews with applicants to assess suitability.
• Communicate clearly about job descriptions, company policies, compensation packages, and benefits to prospective employees.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules involving candidates and recruitment managers.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidates and conduct follow-ups consistently.
• Achieve recruitment targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop partnerships with educational entities, training institutes, and community groups to generate candidate leads.
• Collect and authenticate candidate documents during the recruitment process.
• Prepare detailed recruitment reports and maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
• Ensure candidates have a positive and professional hiring experience from start to finish.
