Dayforce HCM Consultant

Overview

A leading organization in south west Sydney is initiating a substantial Dayforce Payroll and HCM implementation project in areas such as Campbeltown, Camden, Liverpool, Narellan, and Macarthur. They are looking for an experienced, hands-on HCM consultant to support various Dayforce modules including Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dayforce modules related to Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Onboarding aligned with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and optimize business processes.
• Ensure Dayforce system configurations remain aligned with organizational objectives and identify as well as close functional gaps.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics; gather reporting requirements and validate outputs to support operational and management decision-making.
• Set up and support Performance Management and Succession Planning processes within Talent Management, fostering talent reviews, goal management, and development initiatives.
• Configure recruiting workflows and onboarding processes, managing candidate lifecycle and new hire experiences while resolving any issues.
• Lead technical-functional delivery by facilitating stakeholder requirements sessions, conducting hands-on configuration, supporting system testing, handling defect resolution, and documenting solution implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams through solution workshops, providing expert guidance on Dayforce usage and best practices, while communicating risks and dependencies clearly and working independently with team alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience with Dayforce modules including Reporting, Talent Management (Performance & Succession), Recruiting, and/or Onboarding.
• Prior involvement in Dayforce implementations or system enhancements.
