Key Duties

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Help with guest luggage during check-in and check-out, including transporting bags to rooms.
• Attend to guest inquiries and provide useful information about hotel amenities.
• Keep the lobby and public spaces clean, tidy, and inviting throughout the day.
• Assist with moving luggage, deliveries, and other items within the hotel.
• Support Food & Beverage staff by clearing and tidying tables during busy times.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of personal presentation and guest service consistently.
• Adhere strictly to the hotel's health, safety, and security protocols.
