Position Overview

We are preparing for an innovative Data Steward role anticipated to begin in January 2027. Although the position is not immediately active, we invite dedicated professionals eager to join early in this transformational journey. This role offers a unique chance to help establish a high-performance customer experience ecosystem significantly impacting patients, staff, and our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance of data within the Contact Centre to maintain high standards.
• Producing management information reports to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and securing sensitive information.
• Carrying out various administrative tasks as required.
• Demonstrating personal effectiveness in all assigned duties.

Additional Role Context

The Clinical Care Coordinator element includes collaboration with patients, healthcare providers, care teams, facilities, and schemes ensuring seamless care coordination for eligible patients. This involves patient advocacy and continuous health monitoring post-discharge through multiple electronic systems.

Educational Requirements

Essential: Diploma in statistics, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, or a related area.

Experience Requirements

Essential: Between two to three years of experience managing large datasets, conducting reporting, and applying data analytics.
Desired: Three to five years of experience in the same areas.
