Job Location

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proactively take initiative and ownership to develop end-to-end AI-driven projects.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM technologies through continual research.
- Create and maintain libraries, tools, and frameworks supporting generative AI development efforts.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to high-quality coding standards.
- Participate actively in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to align solutions with business goals, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and integrate with core systems.
- Exhibit excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork aptitude.
Technical Expertise Required
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proven experience with use case classification, topic modeling, question & answer systems and chatbots, search optimization, Document AI, text summarization, and content generation.
- Computer Vision & Audio Processing: Practical knowledge in image classification, object detection, segmentation, image synthesis, as well as audio and video analysis.
- Generative AI: Skilled in utilizing SaaS LLM platforms such as LangChain, Llama Index, vector databases, along with prompt engineering techniques like Chain of Thought (COT), Tree of Thought (TOT), ReAct, and agent frameworks. Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock for various modalities including text, audio, image, and video.
- Familiarity with open-source LLM frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace. Knowledge of optimization techniques such as quantization, fine-tuning via Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), annotation workflows, and GPU utilization.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with leading cloud services like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, with preferred cloud certifications.
- Application Development: Proficiency in Python programming, containerization using Docker, and web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Experience with version control systems like Git.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech), or an equivalent technical qualification is required.
