The Data Scientist role involves proactive data-driven leadership, going beyond analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities, build foundations for question answering, and ensure stakeholders receive actionable insights rather than just dashboards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Convert complex business and product challenges into structured analytical, statistical, and machine learning methods.
• Develop predictive and diagnostic models extracting solid signals from diverse customer, product, and behavioral datasets.
• Manage solutions end-to-end including outcome definition, feature engineering, validation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Design investigations that detect significant drivers, test hypotheses, and assess uncertainty.
• Create reusable analytics components such as models, scores, features, and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to transform intricate findings into definitive decisions and actionable strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics or equivalent fields.
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with familiarity in popular data science and machine learning libraries.
• Well-versed in statistical methods, predictive modeling, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
• Experience implementing analytical models into regular business operations.
• Deep understanding of data validation, bias recognition, uncertainty quantification, and model limitations.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on the simplest effective and reliable approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, with aptitude for challenging assumptions and clarifying data's scope and limitations.
• Self-driven work ethic with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
