Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business needs and technical specifications to develop AI and data science solutions within the Support Delivery domain.
• Create AI-driven services and applications aimed at enhancing customer support functions such as case analytics, knowledge retrieval, recommendations, classification, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with machine learning engineers and developers to transition models and algorithms from prototype stages into robust production systems.
• Design and deploy data and model pipelines, as well as machine learning microservices, as necessary.
• Perform analysis on large datasets — both structured and unstructured — to uncover trends, improve model accuracy, and generate actionable insights.
• Apply advanced AI methodologies including large language models (LLMs), vector embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI workflows where appropriate.
• Work jointly with data engineers, ML engineers, software developers, and product managers to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to effectively translate requirements into scalable AI implementations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Data Scientist specializing in machine learning or applied AI fields.
• Relevant university degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Python with solid capabilities in data processing, feature engineering, model creation and validation, experimental design, working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud-native technologies; experience with tools such as Apache Spark or Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to both independently and collaboratively solve complex problems.
