About the Role
Trulogik Inc. is seeking motivated and results-oriented Data Scientists passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to tackle intricate business challenges. Successful candidates will be engaged in the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver significant business value. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business teams to create production-grade machine learning models that address various applications including natural language processing, intelligent automation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deploy comprehensive machine learning pipelines from concept to production.
- Develop and fine-tune NLP and deep learning models intended for real-world application.
- Investigate and interpret both structured and unstructured large datasets to extract impactful insights.
- Convert complex business challenges into scalable AI and ML methodologies.
- Work alongside engineering teams to ensure robust deployment, ongoing monitoring, and iterative enhancement of ML models.
- Conduct extensive model experimentation, including hyperparameter tuning and performance assessment.
- Implement continuous model monitoring, retraining strategies, and optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively communicate technical results and business implications to diverse stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and drive adoption of best practices within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of practical experience in data science, machine learning, applied AI, or advanced analytics.
- Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, probability theory, and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in Python programming (preferred), with Scala experience as beneficial.
- Skilled in model assessment methodologies, experimentation design, and A/B testing practices.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Outstanding communication skills to manage interactions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience working with NLP, large language models, and generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with text mining, embedding techniques, vector databases, and transformer model architectures.
- Practical knowledge in deploying machine learning models within cloud-based or live production environments.
- Understanding of MLOps frameworks including model monitoring, version control, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Experience in model interpretability and explainability approaches.
