Role Summary

The Data Scientist role involves close collaboration with senior research members focusing on Applied AI, infrastructure, and tooling aimed at democratizing Generative AI technologies.

Key Projects

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing internal documentation.
• Build Python libraries leveraging AWS services to facilitate Generative AI application in large enterprises.
• Contribute to open sourcing of internal tools.
• Implement novel neural network architectures based on recent scientific publications.
• Work with fine-tuned models, vector databases, and embedding technologies.
• Create advanced simulations to enhance agent training realism.
• Design automated solutions to mitigate common neural network training challenges such as overfitting and vanishing gradients.
• Produce detailed visualizations to interpret neural network learning processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python programming, with 3 to 6 years of Data Science experience.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and applied mathematics relevant to engineering.
• Familiarity with PyTorch and deep neural network training is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to open-source software.
• Commitment to engineering best practices and self-driven work ethic.
• Excellent command of English language skills.

Educational Background

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
